SM type horizontal forging & upsetting machine.
Horizontal forging & upsetting machine is one kind of crank press which is equipped with auxiliary clamping & driving. it can upset and forge long complex forging pieces of nay shape that are without draft angle (die forging slope). This machine generates clamping force by two eccentric shafts on the bearings to drive link rods, and the clamping force is large than upsetting force around 1/3, and we can nonpolarly adjust by worm rod driving device. When upsetting & forging slides, we realize upsetting stroke through the driving from horizontal driving device. Clamping driving and upsetting driving are all equipped with safety devices. This machine has spacious room for tool, easy for operation, so we can install mechanical arm (work piece automatically delivery device) to realize mechanization operation. By adopting friction block of good abrasive resistance, the clutch and arrester brake which are installed on the crank shaft can be easily changed. Electric control adopts micro processor to control, and we also installed pressur monitor and bearing temperature monitor that are with clamping & driving device.

TBA Mechanical ARM TBA mechanical arm is configured for SM horizontal forging & upsetting machine which is the device for working pieces automatically delivery. TBA mechanical arm is driven directly by the crank arm in the main machine through gear structure, and realizes the movement of delivery work pieces through two eccentric link rods on the mechanical arm. Firstly, the heated blank is accepted by feeder of TBA mechanical arm, and be sent to clamping flat groove of delivery work bench of mechanical arm, and then the forging blank will be delivered to mould by mechanical arm then receives forging. In the forging process, the mechanical arm will delivery work piece from one die cavity another, when finished forging, it will take work piece out of the die cavity., and delivery work piece to the corresponding output device.

GKA type mechanical arm We imported advanced technology, developed rod driving HBO type mechanical arm to can wheel driving GKA mechanical arm. Compared with HBO mechanical aem, GKA type has the mertis such as simple structure, convenient adjustment, safety and reliability etc. "GKA" is abbreviation of German "Hot die forging press can driving & automatic device". The movement of GKA mechanical arm is controlled by two sets of cams, one set of cam needs to finish "in feeding and returning", while the other set of cam needs to finish "chucking stock, lifting, putting down and pilar". We have separate motor to drive, this motor is specially designed double-speed motor, it makes proceeding speed to be 4s/min when adjust the mechanical arm; when normal working 16s/min.
