Free forging electro-hydraulic hammer

Electro-hydraulic hammer is a new generational and high energy saving replacement product for steam (air) forging hammer, and it is equipped with driving head, falling part, operation part, hammer body, anvil block, hydraulic system and electric-control system. It has achieved fast lifting and hitting of hammer head, by means of using the basic action principle of "pressure-driven, hydraulic-accumulation", adopting pump-accumulator driving device, and under the control of main operation valve and fast release valve and cooperation. The electro-hydraulic hammer can realize many actions, such as heavy hitting, gentle hitting, continuous hitting, haste collecting of suspending hammer at any position, and it can also meet many technical demands of upsetting, drawing length, rolling material, pre-forging, final forging and multi-station forging.
